I’M LAUREN… YOUR GUIDE ON THIS EPIC JOURNEY.

I started teaching in such a well-thought-out, structured way when I realized the need that new meditators had for more guidance than what they were getting.

For about 6 months I was the live-in yoga teacher at a meditation retreat in Siem Reap, Cambodia. The owner, a long-time meditator, invited the many guests to sit and practice together for an hour every evening. Over our Papaya breakfasts, I often overheard it expressed to him, “I’m new to meditation and I’m not sure if I can do it.” He would say, “Come a few minutes early and I’ll help.”

That evening, they would arrive to the buggy outdoor pavilion to receive his helping advice. It would be, “Just close your eyes, open your mind and meditate.” Then we would sit still for an hour.

I knew those well-intentioned people would be sitting there marinating in their own thinking, telling themselves they’re not good at meditation somehow. What a discouraging experience and waste of time. It pulled on my heart strings.

So I got really fired up about helping people feel better about the process of meditation. I started bringing meditation techniques into my breathwork classes, telling people, “when you sit there, do this.” I was counseling people outside of class about how to approach meditation and what to do when they ran into difficult moments with it.

My Still Life started brewing way back then, as I created over 5,000 hours of classes organized around themes. That mission of mine has been burning ever since, and I’ve been empowering people to meditate at businesses, universities, medical clinics, yoga studios and meditation apps. With a degree in Psychology and and over 1,000 hours of credentialed training as a C-IAYT Yoga Therapist, I also get to help people through my private practice.

I believe new meditators aren’t getting the guidance needed on meditation apps alone. That listening to a guided meditation is not the same as learning how to sit on your own and talking with a teacher about your experience.

This program provides a truly personalized touch, with content that is specific to where you’re at. Members get so much access to me, because having a teacher you resonate with and can go to is necessary at some point. Are you ready?

Between live-classes and coaching, you will progress through different stages and develop experience in meditation while improving stress, concentration, sleep and your experience of “flow”. Each stage consists of guided-meditations and trainings to help you go from beginner to advanced in a particular technique, as well as breathwork tutorials that teach you how to practice on your own.

    Guided meditations, tools and inner resources to shift stress and feel more free, quickly. Begin meditating 5 minutes a day.

    Tutorials and tools to sharpen your focus and increase energy while learning micro-meditation. 10 minutes a day meditation.

    Learn Yoga Nidra and discover the bliss of conscious deep sleep and CBT-I methods to optimize sleep. Meditate 20 minutes a day.
